NOAS Form (Under Review 9 July 2018)

LogBook – Accredited scorers can log their scoring activities using the official National Scoring Logbook. The logbook also contains re-accreditation requirements for each of the four scoring levels.

The logbook is available as a PDF document, designed to be printed on A4 paper and folded to form a booklet. To print the logbook using Adobe Acrobat Reader:

  • Download and open the PDF file, then choose the Print… command
  • Under Page Sizing & Handling, choose Booklet
  • If your printer is capable of double-sided printing, choose Both sides for Booklet subset
  • Otherwise, choose Front side only, then flip the pages and print again choosing Back side only

Note: All your scoring activities are to be signed off by the person responsible for the activity. eg. DA Secretary/Scoring Coordinator for fixtures, Queensland Scoring Representative at State Championship.

Scoring Re-Accreditation requirements

Play by the Rules (click on the Training tab to access “Child Protection” & “Harassment and Discrimination” modules)

Blue Card System:  all scorers over the age of 18 must obtain and maintain a current “Working with Children Check” and provide this to their District Association and to the State Director of Scoring prior to attending State Championships.
